What does El Valle Serenity Consulting actually do?
We are a boutique web design studio based in Panama. We build custom websites, web applications and software for businesses that want premium quality at honest prices. We also offer website maintenance and digital strategy consulting.
How much do your services cost?
Web design: $60 Essential, $180 Growth, $300 Elite. Maintenance plans: $25, $75 or $150 per month. Strategy consulting: $35 per hour. All prices are public, fixed and final — no hidden fees.
Are you a freelancer or an agency?
Neither. We are a boutique studio with a small core team and a curated network of vetted freelance partners we bring in per project — copywriters, illustrators, motion designers, backend specialists. You get specialist quality without paying agency overhead.
Where are you located? Do you only work in Panama?
We operate from El Valle de Antón, in central Panama. We work 100% online and serve clients across Panama, Latin America, the US and Europe. Distance has never been an issue.
Do you build websites in Spanish, English or both?
Both. Our standard build is bilingual-ready out of the box — Spanish and English. Other languages can be added on request.
How long does a typical project take?
Essential plans: 15 to 30 business days. Growth: 45 to 60 days. Elite: 12 to 18 weeks. Rush options available with a small surcharge.
What technology do you use?
We code custom using modern web standards — HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, depending on the project. For content-managed sites we use WordPress with custom themes. We do not use generic page builders that produce slow, bloated sites.
Do you offer hosting?
We do not host directly, but we recommend and configure hosting for you. Most clients use SiteGround, Hostinger, DigitalOcean or AWS depending on their needs and budget. We handle all technical setup.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, Yappy (Panama), bank transfer and credit card via PayPal. Subscriptions for monthly maintenance are charged automatically through PayPal.
Do you sign a contract?
Yes. Every project includes a digital service agreement that covers scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms and intellectual property. You sign it digitally — fast and legally valid.
What if I am not happy with the result?
We share design previews early and iterate based on your feedback. We do not move to coding until you approve the design. The price includes unlimited revisions during the design phase. After launch you have 30 days of free bug fixes and small adjustments.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Monthly plans starting at $25 cover security updates, backups, plugin updates, content changes and small improvements. Optional but highly recommended — websites need ongoing care just like any other tool.
Can I update my own website after launch?
Yes. We build with content management in mind. You will get admin access, a quick training session, and clear documentation. If you prefer not to deal with updates, that is what our maintenance plans are for.
Do you do SEO?
Every website includes SEO foundation — schema markup, metadata, sitemap, mobile optimization, fast loading. For ongoing SEO work (content strategy, backlinks, keyword targeting) we offer it as a separate consulting service.
Do you handle e-commerce?
Yes. Our Elite tier ($900) includes a full e-commerce setup — product catalog, cart, payment integration, customer accounts. We support WooCommerce, Shopify-style custom stores, and custom solutions.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. Redesign projects are priced like new builds — $60, $180 or $300 depending on scope. We migrate your existing content and SEO data, so you do not lose rankings or visitors.
