El Valle Serenity Consulting was founded in 2014 in El Valle de Antón, Panama, with a clear mission: deliver premium web design at honest prices to ambitious entrepreneurs who deserve better than the two extremes the market keeps offering them — overpriced agency work or cheap, generic templates.
We chose to be a boutique on purpose. Not an agency. Not a freelance shop. A small core team backed by a curated network of freelance designers, developers and specialists we trust — assembled per project, scaled to what each client actually needs.
The boutique model
A traditional agency carries the weight of full-time staff, fancy offices and account managers. The cost of all that gets passed to you, whether you need it or not.
A solo freelancer is cheap, but bottlenecks on capacity, skills and accountability.
The boutique model sits in between. We have a small dedicated core, and we plug in vetted partners — copywriters, illustrators, motion designers, backend specialists, SEO consultants — only when a project calls for them. You get specialist quality without paying for a full-time specialist.
Why El Valle de Antón
Operating from El Valle — a small town inside an extinct volcano crater in central Panama — was a deliberate choice. Lower overhead than Panama City means we can offer fair pricing without cutting corners on quality. The setting also reflects how we work: focused, calm, away from the noise.
And because we are 100% online, we serve clients across Panama and internationally with no friction. WhatsApp, video calls, shared docs — distance has not been an issue once.

We publish our prices openly. Three tiers — $60 Essential, $180 Growth, $300 Elite. Maintenance from $25/month. Consulting at $35/hour. No hidden fees, no surprise quotes, no “let me get back to you on that.”
Every project starts with a free consultation. We listen, we tell you what we think honestly — even when it means recommending you do not need a full website yet, or that an existing tool would solve your problem cheaper than building from scratch. Our goal is repeat clients and referrals, not one-time wins.
