Premium Brand Experience

1. Parties

This agreement is between El Valle Serenity Consulting, Republic of Panama ("Provider") and the client completing this form ("Client").

2. Scope of Services

• • Essential (Landing Page): up to 1 page – delivery ~4 weeks
• • Growth: up to 5 pages – delivery 12 to 16 weeks
• • Elite: up to 10 pages – delivery up to 180 days
• • eCommerce, apps, or custom systems may require extended timelines
• • Additional pages incur extra cost

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide logo, images, and all necessary content. Delays in providing materials will affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of the Provider.

4. Revisions

Includes one (1) revision round. Additional changes will be billed between $75 – $150 USD depending on complexity.

5. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. The project will be delivered for review upon completion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Client guarantees legal rights to all provided content. The Provider is not responsible for copyright issues. Ownership of the final website is granted after full payment.

7. Cancellation

If the Client cancels, 20% of the payment is non-refundable. If the Provider cancels, a 20% compensation will be granted to the Client.

8. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for business losses, external failures, hosting issues, or indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

10. Digital Acceptance

By accepting this agreement, the Client provides a legally binding digital signature. IP address and timestamp will be recorded as proof of acceptance.
