1. Website Development Plan

This agreement confirms the development of a professional website under the plan selected through the digital checkout system. The total project investment is $ USD.

2. Optional Website Maintenance Plans

Maintenance services are optional and may be activated separately.

  • $25/month — 1 hour routine maintenance review.
  • $75/month — 2 hours moderate maintenance.
  • $150/month — 3.5 hours extended maintenance.

Maintenance hours reset monthly and do not accumulate. Critical security incidents such as hacking, malware recovery, or server compromise are quoted separately.

2.1 Serenity Maintenance Plans

Choose from our Serenity Maintenance plans to keep your website running smoothly.

$25/month — Basic Maintenance

1 hour routine maintenance review. Includes basic updates, security checks, and performance monitoring.

$75/month — Moderate Maintenance

2 hours moderate maintenance. Includes content updates, plugin management, and intermediate troubleshooting.

$150/month — Extended Maintenance

3.5 hours extended maintenance. Includes comprehensive support, custom fixes, and priority response.

4. Website Ownership Protection Clause

Upon full payment of the development service, the Client receives ownership of the final website design and content delivered. However, El Valle Serenity Consulting retains the right to protect the integrity of systems developed by the Provider. If maintenance subscriptions become overdue, the Provider may suspend maintenance services until payment is restored.

5. Scope Limitation

Services are limited to the scope defined by the selected plan. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

6. Hosting and Third Parties

The Client retains full ownership of domain and hosting accounts. El Valle Serenity Consulting is not responsible for outages caused by hosting providers or external platforms.

7. Client Content Responsibility

Clients must provide logos, images, and written content required for the project. Projects delayed more than 45 days due to missing content may require a reactivation fee.

8. Security Disclaimer

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. The Provider is not responsible for damages caused by hacking, malware, or server breaches.

9. Payment Terms

All services must be paid according to the selected plan. Maintenance subscriptions may be suspended if payment becomes overdue.

10. Cancellation Policy

All digital service purchases are final. Cancellation may only be requested within five (5) days if the purchase occurred by verified mistake.

11. Limitation of Liability

El Valle Serenity Consulting shall not be liable for loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages related to website usage.

12. Digital Acceptance

By completing payment, the Client confirms acceptance of this legally binding agreement.
